Kenapa diseduh dibening dimasak dikering?

Dimakan lalap saja.. Atau blansir, celup air panas 10-20 detik, celupkan air dingin seketika.

Kandungannya akan masih lengkap dan dapat enzim hidup dr tanaman. Lebih sehat lebih bermanfaat. 󾌵
