How To Digest Everything

This simple recipe will solve the occasional over eating late night knosh picnic buffet incident within a few minutes and get your stomach and digestion back on track.

When summer comes up we all have days where we're out with friends and family and eating weird combinations food or food that is left out too long that makes us feel a little "off" all day.
Or maybe it's a late night out with friends that ends with the last drink you do not think you have and another visit to your favorite pizza or dinner as you quickly regret the moment you try to go to bed.

But fear not! You can save on less than a few minutes and get back on the right track with this simple salad that can be eaten at any time of day
You need:. .

3-4 cups of freshly washed vegetables
2-3 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice.

1 teaspoon olive oil or flaxseed oil.
herbs like cilantro or parsley.

fresh black pepper and sea salt

Eat too much :. . fried foods late night snacks and beer with friends mis-combined buffet lunch out with friends and family

Go home mix a drug salad according to the ingredients listed are for one serving

wait 10 minutes and either have your next meal go for a walk or if it's late go to bed and sleep a lot better.
